On the afternoon of 09 January 2023, Her Excellency Tuot Panha, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFAIC), led the Ministry’s delegation to attend the Opening Ceremony of the 70th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and Japan at the Embassy of Japan in Phnom Penh. On the occasion, Her Excellency Chea Kimtha, Under Secretary of State of MFAIC, and Mr. Taninai Ichitomo, Chargé d'affaires of the Embassy of Japan, exchanged congratulatory letters from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, His Excellency Kishida Fumio, Prime Minister of Japan, His Excellency Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and His Excellency Hayashi Yoshimasa, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan, on the occasion of the 70th Anniversary of the Establishment of Cambodia-Japan Diplomatic Relations.
