On the morning of 10 January 2023, H.E. KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, attended the ASEAN Senior Officials' Meeting via videoconference. The meeting was hosted by Indonesia, the Chair of ASEAN 2023, in preparation for the incoming ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Retreat in early February and to discuss ways forward for the 42nd and 43rd ASEAN Summits and the 56th ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting.
