This Monday 23rd January 2023, H.E. Dr.CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and H.E. Mr. Jean Pellet, Ambassador of France to Cambodia, have signed a Joint Declaration of Intent on the Establishment of the Mechanism of Bilateral Political Consultations between the Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Representative of the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic.

This mechanism aims at reinforcing the cooperation between the two countries based on a long term friendship and, in particular, between the two Ministries in their capacities as National Coordinators.
