On 20-21 February 2023, H.E. Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Eminent Person of Cambodia for the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Community's Post-2025 Vision (HLTF-ACV) led the delegation to attend the 6th HLTF-ACV Meeting in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Vision of the ASEAN Community’s Post-2025 in a rapid changing world was candidly discussed among the Eminent Persons. The Meeting agreed to invite representatives from Timor-Leste to attend the meeting of HLTF-ACV as Observer pursuant to the Guidelines for the Implementation of the Observer Status Granted to Timor-Leste’s Application for ASEAN Membership adopted by 32nd ASEAN Coordinating Council on 3-4 February 2023.

The HLTF-ACV also had an interface meeting with the ASEAN Foundation and the ASEAN Institute for Peace and Reconciliation (AIPR) which shared their ideas and perspectives on the ASEAN Community’s Post-2025 Vision.
