On 22 March 2023, His Excellency Dr. Vince Henderson, Minister for Foreign Affairs, International Business, Trade and Energy of the Commonwealth of Dominica, safely arrived Phnom Penh Capital City, to begin his Official Visit to the Kingdom from 22-24 March 2023.
