Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, will lead a high-level delegation to attend the Fourth Summit of the Mekong River Commission (MRC) under the theme “Innovation and Cooperation for a Water Secure and Sustainable Mekong”, which will be held on 5 April 2023 in Vientiane, Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
