On 10 April 2023, His Excellency Dr. CHHIV Yiseang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Vice-President of the Regional Commission of Economic and Scientific Experts (CREES) of the French-Speaking University Agency (AUF), participated in the 2nd CREES meeting in Danang, Vietnam. Chaired by Professor Laurent SERMET, Asia-Pacific Director of the AUF (DRAP), with the participation of all CREES members in the Asia-Pacific region, this meeting focused on (1) elaboration of CREES roadmap for the next few years, in particular its contribution to the World Week of Scientific Francophonie which will take place in Quebec, Canada, from 30 October to 3 November 2023; (2) the DRAP strategy relating to projects development and implementation and (3) the organization of the next Regional Conference of Rectors of Universities members of the AUF in Asia-Pacific (CONFRASIE), scheduled for September-October 2023.
