On morning of 22 May 2023, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Deputy Chief of the Royal Government Working Group for Kandal province and Chief of the Royal Government Working Group for Sa'ang district, presided over the Handover Ceremony of Donation of Houses from the Republic of Türkiye, and Charitable Relief Pakages from the Royal Government’s Working Group for Prasat Commune to disadvantaged families in Prasat Commune, Sa’ang District, Kandal Province.
