On the morning of 15 June 2023, H.E. LUY David, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Mr. Michael Wu, Founder and Chairman of Future Smile Charitable Foundation at the Ministry. During the meeting, both sides discussed and exchanged views on cooperation between Cambodia and China in the charity sector and the role of Non-Governmental Organizations in strengthening Cambodia-China relations.
