On the morning of 16 June 2023, Her Excellency Dr. SOEUNG Rathchavy, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, attended and delivered her remarks via video conference at the Opening Ceremony of the “First Diamond Hexagon Cooperation and Yunnan-Jiangxi-Cambodia Think Tank Forum” under the Theme “Advancing the Building of Cambodia-China Community with a Shared Future under the Cambodia-China Diamond Hexagon Cooperation Framework” held in Yunnan province, the People’s Republic of China.
