On the Afternoon of 31 July 2023, H.E. KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State and Cambodia’s ASEAN SOM Leader, participated in the Retreat Session of ASEAN Senior Officials' Meeting (SOM) in Bali, Indonesia. The Meeting discussed matters related to ASEAN Community Building, including the application of accession of some countries to the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC).
