On the Afternoon of 3 August 2023, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, attended the ASEAN Plus Three Senior Officials' Meeting (APT SOM) in Bali, Indonesia. The Meeting discussed the Review and Future Direction of APT Cooperation, reviewed of APT Mechanism to support ASEAN as an Epicentrum of Growth, and exchanged of Views on Regional and International Issues, including the preparation for the 26th ASEAN Plus Three Summit, to be held in September 2023 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
