On the morning of August 7, 2023, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, delivered the opening remarks at the ASEAN-China Youth Forum 2023 (ACYF 2023) at the Fuzhou University of International Studies and Trade in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, People’s Republic of China. The forum is part of the ASEAN-China Week 2023, organized by the ASEAN-China Centre, to raise awareness and provide a cross-cultural platform for exchanges between Chinese and ASEAN youths for a better understanding of ASEAN-China relations.
