On Sunday, August 6, 2023, His Excellency Ambassador Tuy Ry, including officials and staff of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Japan, attended the celebration of the solidarity flower festival (Bonn Phka Prak Samaki), initiated by the Committee of the Temple Kiri Khemara Baramey Phnom Beyda Thom, which is located in the Isehara district of Kanagawa province to gather voluntary financial contribution for the temple repair.

On that occasion, His Excellency Ambassador expressed admiration to the participants for their enhancement of the Sacred Buddhist sector, which is the second one of the three Cambodian Mottos : « Nation, Religion, and King », although  they are far from the country.

His Excellency Ambassador also informed them of  great achievements in all areas made by the Royal Government of Cambodia, and especially the smooth and successful process of the national election of Cambodia held on July 23, 2023, and the results of the above election, which was recognized by  national and international observers that it was held in a fair, transparent, just and non-violence manner.
