On the afternoon of 23 August 2023, His Excellency Phan Peuv, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of the Philippines, accompanied by Mr. Kim Amnath, First Secretary, and Mrs. Meng Siv Linh, Second Secretary, paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Juan Miguel F. Zubiri, President of the Senate of the Republic of the Philippines. During the meeting, both sides deliberated on the bilateral relations between the two countries.
