The Indonesian National Military wishes to present the highest medal of honor Bintang Kartika Eka Pakci Utama to His Excellency Kitti Tesaphibal Bindit HUN MANET during the Prime Minister's visit to Jakarta for the 43rd ASEAN Summit and related meetings, for His Excellency's outstanding role as the previous Chief of Staff of the Royal Cambodian Armed Force.
