In accordance with the high decision of Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister and the directive of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, His Excellency SEA Kosal, Permanent Secretary of State, received on 12 September 2023 a delegation of the Ministry of Justice led by His Excellency KIM Santepheap, Secretary of State, to discuss the simplification of the procedure for providing Bulletin of Criminal Records to Khmer citizens living abroad.
