On 13 September 2023, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister SOK Chenda Sophea, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call from His Excellency Jacques PELLET, Ambassador of France to the Kingdom of Cambodia at the Ministry.
