On 19 September 2023, H.E Mr. Heng Sarith, Ambassador/Permanent Representative of Cambodia to ASEAN, Chair of the Board of Trustees of the ASEAN Foundation in 2023, participated and delivered the Opening Remarks at the Asia-Pacific Seeds for the Future 2023 Summit, in Shanghai, China. The Summit, in collaboration with ASEAN Foundation, Huawei, and the Southeast Asia Ministers of Education Organisation (SEAMEO), was aimed to inspire young policymakers, industry experts, academicians, and the next generation of leaders with the latest technological innovations, and emphasize the significance of nurturing talent to unleash the digital potential in the region.

On the morning of 20 September 2023, the H.E. Ambassador continued joining the Huawei Connect 2023 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center (SWEECC).
