On 22 September 2023, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister SOK Chenda Sophea, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a productive bilateral meeting with Her Excellency Chrysoula Zacharopoulou, Minister Delegate for Development, Francophonies and International Partnerships of France, on the sidelines of the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. The discussions focused on further advancing the relations between Cambodia and France.
