On 25 September 2023, His Excellency AN Sokkhoeurn, Under-Secretary of State for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a bilateral meeting with Mr. TANINAI Ichitomo, Minister/ Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Japan to Cambodia. The discussion concentrated on cooperation between the two countries at the Human Rights Council.
