From 10 to 11 October 2023, H.E. Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Eminent Person of Cambodia for the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Community's Post-2025 Vision (HLTF-ACV) led a delegation to attend the 11th HLTF-ACV Meeting in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Meeting discussed the way forward for developing strategic plans based on the ASEAN Vision 2045 which was noted by the 43rd ASEAN Summit.
