On 19 October 2023, His Excellency Dr. KHY Sovanratana, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, gave the remarks on the “Progress Report of the Cambodia-Laos-Viet Nam Development Triangle Areas (CLV-DTA)” during the Field Visit in Triangle Development Areas of the CLV Provinces Between the National Assemblies of Cambodia- Laos- Vietnam from 16 to 21 October 2023.

His Excellency Dr. KHY Sovanratana highly valued the CLV National Assemblies’ first Field Visit to the Triangle Development Areas of CLV provinces, encourage more such cooperation of the CLV National Assemblies, and urge for more development in these provinces of CLV which will enhance the cooperation along the borders of the three countries.
