On 07 November 2023, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, received His Excellency Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Cambodia, for a bilateral meeting at the Ministry. 

During the discussion, both sides exchanged views on various fields of cooperation under the ASEAN-Russia Strategic Partnership and expressed readiness to work closely together to further enhance ASEAN-Russia Dialogue Relations.
