On 06 November 2023, His Excellency KE Sovann, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met His Excellency Mr. Stefan Messerer, German Ambassador and Mr. Fabrice Etienne, Deputy Head of Mission of French Embassy to the Kingdom of Cambodia, to discuss a cooperation under the framework of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).
