As assigned by His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, on 10 November 2023, His Excellency SEA Kosal, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by youth delegates and representatives of the Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (SSEAYP) who will participate in the 47th Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program 2023 from 29 November to 09 December 2023 in Tokyo, Japan.
