On 14 November 2023, His Excellency KAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Mr. Jason Chumtong, new Country Director of Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) Cambodia, at the Ministry. 

During the discussions, both sides exchanged views on KAS activities in Cambodia in 2024, which focus on youth empowerment, strengthening the rule of law, media development, environmental protection, digitalization of the economy and international relations.
