During the official visit to the French Republic by His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath NORODOM Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, His Excellency Sok Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, took part in a working lunch hosted by the Cambodia-France Friendship Group at the French National Assembly on 13 November 2023.
 
Discussions focused on the crucial role of parliamentary diplomacy in promoting relations and cooperation between Cambodia and France. They also explored prospects for regular exchanges of parliamentary delegations between the two countries.
