On 01 December 2023, His Excellency Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with His Excellency Stefan MESSERER, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Cambodia, and His Excellency Remco van WIJNGAARDEN, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Cambodia, at the Ministry. 
During this meeting, the dignitaries discussed the developments of regional and global issues. They were committed to strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation at multilateral level in order to contribute to peace and prosperity in their respective regions and in the world.
