From 27 to 29 February 2024, His Excellency Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Eminent Person of Cambodia for the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Community's Post-2025 Vision (HLTF-ACV), attended the 13th HLTF-ACV Meeting in Vientiane, Lao PDR.

At technical level, the High-Level Representatives discussed at length the draft APSC Strategic Plan of ASEAN Community Vision 2045. This Strategic Plan would be concluded by the end of this year and will be submitted to ASEAN Leaders for adoption in 2025. His Excellency UNG Rachana, Under-Secretary of State of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, is the High-Level Representative of Cambodia.
