On 10 May 2024, at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Ankara, His Excellency Ambassador SOK Chea, chaired Online Business Matching Meeting between the Cambodia Rice Federation and Turkish Business Rice Buyer to enhance trade partnership relations and strengthen cooperation on agricultural products, especially rice to the Turkish market and Turkish products to the Cambodian market in the future, with participation by His Excellency OUK Sorphorn, Under Secretary of State and Representative of the Economic Diplomacy Team of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, Her Excellency Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the Kingdom of Cambodia, Turkish Trade Counsellor, Cambodian Commercial Attaché, President of Cambodia Rice Federation, Chairman of Türkiye-Cambodia Business Council (DEIK), 36 Cambodian Rice Companies, 10 Turkish Grain Companies and other officials.
