On 07 June 2024, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by His Excellency Uladzimir Baravikou, Ambassador of Belarus to Cambodia, at the Ministry.

During the cordial meeting, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak and His Excellency Uladzimir Baravikou engaged in in-depth and productive discussions, reflecting the strong potential diplomatic ties between the two nations. Both sides agreed to co-chair the Second Bilateral Consultations between the two Foreign Ministries in the third quarter of 2024 in Phnom Penh. This Bilateral Consultation serves as an essential platform for addressing key bilateral issues to further enhance bilateral relations and foster closer cooperation on regional and global matters of mutual interest. Both sides also discussed regional and international issues of common interest and concern.
