On the afternoon of 25th July 2024, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister SOK Chenda Sophea, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held bilateral talks with His Excellency Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on the sidelines of the 57th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and Related Meetings in Vientiane, Lao People’s Democratic Republic. The meeting highly valued the long-lasting bond of friendship and cooperation between Cambodia and Russia and placed a particular emphasis on the importance of elevating the relations between the two countries to a greater height.
