On 26th July 2024, His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, co-chaired the ASEAN Post-Ministerial Conference with Russia as the Country Coordinator for ASEAN-Russia Dialogue Relations, in Vientiane, Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
