On 7 February 2025, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State and ​ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, received Her Excellency Sarah Tiffin, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to ASEAN, at the Ministry.

During the meeting, both sides commended the strengthened ASEAN-UK partnership, particularly the effective implementation of the ASEAN-UK Plan of Action to Implement ASEAN-UK Dialogue Partnership (2022–2026). As this POA will expire in 2026, both parties also emphasized the need to develop a new PoA that incorporates greater commitment, specific activities, and further strengthens ASEAN-UK relations in ways that are mutually beneficial. Both sides also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interests and concerns.
