On the morning of 9 November 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, led a delegation of the Ministry to attend the celebration of the 72nd Anniversary of National Independence Day and the 72nd Anniversary of the Establishment of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, highly presided over by His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Baromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Independence Monument.
