On the morning of 7 November 2025, at the Ministry, Her Excellency Phen Savny, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call from Her Excellency Ivana Golubović-Duboka, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Serbia to Cambodia, with residence in Jakarta, after she had presented the Letters of Credence to His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath NORODOM Sihamoni, King of Cambodia.

Both sides exchanged views on ways forward to further promote bilateral cooperation between Cambodia and Serbia, as well as continued support for each other at international fora.
