On the morning of 10 November 2025, at the Ministry, H.E. Mrs. PHEN Savny, Under Secretary of State, received a courtesy call by H.E. Mr. Tibor Baloghdi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Cambodia with Residence in Hanoi. 

Both sides discussed avenues for further strengthening and expanding cooperation between Cambodia and Hungary, both bilaterally and within multilateral frameworks.
