On 4 December 2025, Her Excellency CHRING Botumrangsay, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call from the delegation of the Association of Global Entrepreneur 1% led by Mr. HEANG Vuthea, President, at the Ministry.

During the meeting, Her Excellency the Secretary of State emphasized the great importance of private sector involvement of economic diplomacy and contribution to economic development by attracting foreign direct investment, promoting domestic production, increasing Cambodia’s exports and investment abroad. On this occasion, Her Excellency the Secretary of State also encouraged the Association to actively participate in various activities, such as business forums, expos, and field visits, organised by Cambodian missions abroad and the Economic Diplomacy Coordinating Group of MFAIC.

Mr. President expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to build partnership with different governmental bodies, especially MFAIC, and his determination to expanding the scope and activities of the Association, in pursuit of greater benefits for our people and country. The delegates took this opportunity to introduce themselves and their affiliated businesses as well as the overarching vision and objectives of the Association.
