On 28 June 2017, Mr. Roman Paramonov, new President of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC), paid a courtesy call on H.E. Senior Minister, Prak Sokhonn. During the meeting, both sides had recalled good and fruitful cooperations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and ICRC, particularly humanitarian relief to Cambodia in the past. Mr. Paramonov expressed satisfaction for the good cooperation with Cambodia and Cambodia is the first country that enjoys good cooperation with the ICRC.
