H.E Mr. Cheng Manith, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Lao PDR, and his spouse Ms. Chan Huoy, the delegation of National Union Alliance Chamber of Cambodia and Lao Federation of Trade Unions paid a study visit to the Nam Ngum Dam in Vientiane Province on 25 July 2017. It was the first hydropower dam built in Lao PDR in 1968 and it has capacity of 155 MW.
