Sengnouan Xayalath, Vice President of National Assembly of Lao PDR for the delegations of the 6^th Conference of Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assemblies of the Kingdom of Cambodia-Lao PDR- and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Strengthening Parliamentary Oversight on Cooperation Initiatives in the CLV Development Triangle  on 2 August 2017 at the Lao Plaza Hotel, Vientiane City.
