Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and delegation were given a warm send-off at the Wattay International Airport in Vientiane by H.E Mr. CHENG Manith, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Lao PDR, all staff of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia, H.E. Lt. Gen. Chansamone Chanyalath, Minister of National Defense and H.E Dr. Phet Phomphiphak, Minister and Head of the Laos Prime Minister’s Office on 12 August 2017.
