On 21 August 2017, His Excellency Mr. TAN Bunpa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the state of Kuwait has the honor to sign condolence and paid respect to the victims who passed away in a mudslide and massive flooding that occurred in Freetown, the Capital City of Sierra Leone on August 14, 2017, which resulted to the deaths of over 300 people.
