Mr. Andres G. Garrido, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cuba and H. E. Mr. Nguyen H. Thao, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam and their spouses at Cambodian Residence in the honor for their end of tenures in Kuwait.
