On 15 October 2017 which marks the fifth anniversary of the passing away of the King Father His Majesty Norodom Sihanouk, H.E. Ouch Borith, Secretary of State, led senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to pay tribute at the mausoleum of the King Father.
