In the evening of 19 October 2017, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn, as a guest of honor, attended the reception to inaugurate the Five-year Belgian Cooperation Programme for non-governmental actors, at the Chancery of the Delegation of the European Union in Phnom Penh.
