On 15 October 2017, H.E Mr. Cheng Manith, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Lao PDR, the diplomatic and local staff of the Embassy, students and Cambodian people working and living in Lao PDR paid homage to the late King-Father Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk (Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh) on the occasion of the 5^th Anniversary of his passing away, at the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Vientiane, Lao PDR.

They will never forget the great and tireless efforts made by His Majesty King Father Norodom Sihanouk in gaining the national independence from French colonialism and for Khmer national unity and development. We pray that the soul of the late King-Father is reincarnated in a world of happiness for all lives.
