Samdech Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister, will lead a high delegation to pay an official visit to and attend “the 41st anniversary of the founding of the liberation forces, FALINTIL Day” in the Timor-Lesté from 19 to 20 August 2016


Samdech  Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia,  will lead a high delegation to pay an official visit to and attend “the 41st  anniversary of the founding of the liberation forces, FALINTIL Day”  in the Democratic Republic of Timor-Lesté  from 19  to 20 August 2016, at the invitation of His Excellency Dr. Rui Maria dé Araújo, Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Lesté.

The delegation will include His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Senior Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, His Excellency VENG Sakhon, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries,  His Excellency PAN Sorasak, Minister of Commerce,  His Excellency THONG Khon, Minister of Tourism, His Excellency ITH Sam Heng, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, His Excellency  SUY Sem, Minister of Mine and Energy, and other members of the Royal Government of Cambodia.

Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN will hold bilateral talks with H.E. Dr. Rui Maria dé Araújo, and then both Prime Ministers will preside over the signing ceremony of three following documents between the two countries:

\r\n1-    Framework Agreement on Technical and Economic Cooperation.\r\n2-    Agreement on Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports.\r\n3-    Memorandum of Understanding concerning the Cooperation in the Field of Labour.\r\n

During the official visit, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN is also expected to meet with Cambodian Community in Timor-Lesté.

At the end of the above signing ceremony, the Prime Ministers of the two Countries will hold a Joint Press Conference.
