In the morning of 12 November 2017, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn attended the 16th ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC) Council Meeting at the Manila Marriott Hotel in Pasay City. The APSC was established by ASEAN leaders to ensure regional peace and stability, underscoring strategic measures to address security challenges, and develop harmonious relations with countries around the region and the world.
